February Worship Playlist |
At Fellowship, we believe worship doesn’t stop on Sunday—it’s a way of life. That’s why we create a monthly playlist of the songs we’ll be singing together in worship. This playlist helps prepare your heart for Sunday, encourages personal worship throughout the week, and allows families to engage with the music at home. Let these songs draw you closer to Christ and unite us as we lift our voices together. |

The Pastor’s Pen |
Brothers and Sisters, One of the greatest joys in the church is seeing God’s people use their gifts and talents to serve one another. Scripture reminds us that we are one body with many members, each uniquely gifted by God for the good of His church (1 Corinthians 12:12-27). When everyone plays their part, the whole body flourishes. I want to take a moment to celebrate a big win—our worship team has welcomed two new members! This allows us to rotate team members, preventing burnout and ensuring everyone has time to rest and worship. Many hands truly make light work, and we are grateful for those who have stepped up. Another key area where we are praying for more hands to serve is our Kids Ministry. We are already seeing encouraging steps in the right direction, with more people willing to help. Our goal is to develop a strong rotation so no one has to miss Sunday School or Wednesday night Bible study every week. Praise God, we have so many young families with little kids! One of the marks of a healthy church is the sound of babies in the service. When kids are not heard in the church, it is a sad thing. Let’s continue to love them well, support their families, and watch this ministry continue to grow. That said, we don’t just let anyone serve in our Kids Ministry. The safety and spiritual care of our children is a top priority, and we follow key processes to ensure that only the best, most qualified volunteers are placed in these roles. Every volunteer will need to first meet with our Kid’s Ministry Director, be background checked, and be trained to make sure they are equipped to serve well. Would you consider committing to serve just one Sunday a month in Kids Ministry? If even a few more people step up, we can ensure no one is overburdened and that our children are consistently cared for by a loving and dedicated team. If you feel led to invest in the next generation, take some time to pray over this important decision. If you have any questions, reach out to Mrs. Jackie Shewmaker—she would love to talk with you and help you find where you can serve. Serving is not just about filling a need—it’s an opportunity to be part of what God is doing in and through His church. Thank you to everyone who serves so faithfully. Let’s continue to pray that God raises up workers for the harvest (Matthew 9:37-38) so that His church may be strengthened and His name glorified. In Christ, |
